Case description

Application:

EVA Solar battery film is applied in upper and lower envelopes from the photovoltaic module and hot pressing for upper glass and lower back plate, which made up the solar panels. To ensure stable and be efficiently used for the assemblies, high transmittance, vapor prevention and dust penetration, high and low temperature resistance, anti-ultraviolet radiation and other functions are required.

Producing process:

Using EVA (VA content is 30-33%) as base material, adding crosslinking agent, ultraviolet absorbent, antioxidant, ultraviolet stabilizer, plasticizer, tackifier, etc. by extrusion casting forming film final product. The main process is listed below:

Raw material mixing and feeding → Evenly melted and extruded → T Die → Casting forming and cooling shaping → Tempering and cooling finalization → Traction and winding → Follow-up slitting device

  1. Fully automatic raw material transition, mixing and feeding system, guaranty the high precise proportioning for the EVA polymer resin and additives.

  2. Special low temperature extrusion system design, preventing additives pre-curing crosslinking on premise of fully compounding effect.

  3. Special design of the casting forming system, solving the problem of material sticking on the rollers and peeling difficulty.

  4. Unique on-line tempering stress removal device to eliminate film stress and reduce shrinkage rate.

  5. For high-end solar battery film usage, two layers co-extrusion an be applied. This method can provide evenly distributed EVA polymer resin and additives with upper layer of anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging function, while lower layer of crosslinking weatherability.
