Filling modification--PP, PA/talcum powder, CaCO3, Mica barium sulfate, etc compounding extrusion pelletizing production line:

 

  1. High output. Twin screw extruder adopts high torque high rotation speed gear box, matched with novel wear-resistance barrel and screw, torque grade 9~11T/A3, the maximum torque grade can reach as high as 15 T/A3.

  2. High degree of automation of complete set of production line. Automation includes material storage and conveying, weighing mixing and metering feeding, compounding and pelletizing, automatic packing, finishing the whole process from material to product granule.

  3. Multiple equipment large-scale and integrated production. The automatic centralized control system is adopted to share capital construction and environmental protection facilities, effectively reduce various production and operation costs (such as raw material procurement and transportation cost, labor cost, equipment procurement, capital construction cost, etc.)

Process description:

The polymer (PP, PA, BAS, etc.) is used as the base resin, and the inorganic filler (calcium carbonate, talcum powder, etc.) is added and is mixed with the resin uniformly, to reach the aim of reducing material cost, increasing product rigidity, improving the heat resistance temperature of the product, reducing thermal shrinkage, etc.

The plastic particles, additives and powders were fed into the twin screw extruder in the form of multiple feeding, high precision of proportioning, avoiding classification and bridge. The simple formulation can also adopt premix process mixed evenly by high speed mixer, and then fed into twin screw extruder.

The assembly structure for barrel and screw can be adjusted according to the requirements of compounding and dispersion, side feeding, exhaust and vacuum, etc, to meet their different process requirements.

The common pelletizing mode is water strand pelletizing.
